Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet de m\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 25 \u00e0 27 degr\u00e9s Celsius, atteignant ainsi la temp\u00e9rature id\u00e9ale pour l&rsquo;activation compl\u00e8te des enzymes naturelles qu&rsquo;elle contient. Ceci favorise l&rsquo;agglom\u00e9ration des gouttelettes d&rsquo;huile et facilite l&rsquo;extraction. Le malaxeur se compose d&rsquo;une cuve semi-circulaire en acier inoxydable. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, un arbre central rotatif, muni de pales convergentes, brasse la p\u00e2te et assure une temp\u00e9rature homog\u00e8ne.
