We are proud to announce that Vasconi organic extra virgin olive oil was awarded the Goccia D’Oro at the 19th AIPO D’Argento 2022 International Competition.
This significant recognition was achieved in the most numerous and competitive category, Organic Medium Fruity Oils, and is reserved for the 15 finalists out of over 350 participants.
The Aipo D’Argento International Competition, characterized by the authority and impartiality of the evaluations carried out by its panel of professionals, includes a chemical analysis of each oil sample and four further stages of olfactory and gustatory sensory selection, with several analysis sessions conducted anonymously to compile increasingly selective rankings based on the highest scores achieved.
The final stage, following a further organoleptic examination, determines the definitive ranking leading to the assignment of the Aipo D’Argento to the top three finishers and the Goccia D’Oro to the finalists.
Our commitment and goal is therefore to continually improve our quality standards in order to achieve the highest recognition.
