Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with chili pepper – 0.25 Litres

Extra virgin olive oil obtained through centrifugal extraction at a controlled temperature not exceeding 27°C, flavoured with dried and ground chili pepper (2%). Medium fruity in taste, enhanced by the distinct spicy note of chili pepper, with a slightly bitter finish typical of extra virgin olive oil. On the nose, a clean scent of olive with a spicy chili note. Reddish in appearance.
Ideal with red and grilled meats, bruschetta and crostini, soups and legumes, pizza and tomato-based first courses. Also excellent raw to add a spicy touch to fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables.
