Descrizione
“La Prima” extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the first cold pressing of selected, fresh olives milled at the start of the harvest.
The process is carried out as it once was, using a traditional system with stone grinding and pressure extraction.
The oil obtained in this way preserves all its beneficial properties for the body; on the palate, it is harmoniously fruity with green notes.
