Extra virgin olive oil obtained through centrifugal extraction at a controlled temperature not exceeding 27°C, flavoured with lemon (3%).
Medium fruity in taste, enhanced by the fresh, citrusy note of lemon, with a slightly bitter finish typical of extra virgin olive oil.
On the nose, a clean scent of olive with a citrusy lemon note. Clear in appearance, with a golden-green colour.
Ideal for seasoning fish and shellfish, salads, grilled or steamed vegetables, carpaccio and chicken dishes. Also perfect raw on bruschetta or to add a fresh, citrusy touch to mayonnaise and sauces.
